Magpies - birds from the Corvidae family who passed the mirror test, meaning they can recognise themselves in a mirror, meaning they could be pretty much self-aware. A skill thought to be possessed only by humans and a few other higher mammals until a few years ago. I took this photo weeks ago and it was difficult as hell, because the bird was restless and my hands were shaking on the camera. You might have noticed my absence and lack of posts. I did not go completely MIA, but I wasn't present much either. Lately I have found social media platforms to be exceptionally frustrating and sometimes I feel like deleting all of my presence from the internet. P.S.: I do not seek any sympathy, I'm just stating how I feel.
